Hi, I’m Coach Payton. I work with trans and queer folx who want to build a stronger connection with their health and fitness—on their own terms. My coaching is personalized, results-driven, and rooted in science, designed to help you grow with intention and clarity.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered in their body. As an inclusive, education-focused trainer, my goal is to support you in discovering what works best for you—your body, your goals, and your life—and then help you turn that into sustainable action.

Since December 2020, I’ve been coaching individuals across a range of modalities including CrossFit, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, Kettlebells, and Hypertrophy. No two clients are the same, which is why my coaching approach is flexible and affirming—meeting you where you are, and working with you in achieving your goals.

Level 1: On-demand Access

$50/monthly subscription, cancel anytime

Get instant access to a library of workouts and educational resources covering fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Great for self-starters who want expert guidance without the coaching calls.

Includes:

  • Curated workout plans for all levels

  • Educational modules (fitness, nutrition, mindset)

  • Nutrition guides and planning tools

Level 2: On-demand Access + Monthly Coaching Call

$125/monthly subscription cancel anytime
Ideal for people who want a bit more support and accountability. Start with an onboarding call where we’ll align your goals with the resources in the library, then meet monthly to check in, troubleshoot challenges, and drive lasting behavior change.

Includes:

  • Everything in Level 1

  • Initial goal setting coaching call (30 mins)

  • Monthly coaching call to keep you moving towards your goals (30 min)

  • In app support between coaching calls

Level 3: Level 2 + Nutrition Coaching

$175/monthly subscription cancel anytime
Discover your true potential by tapping into food as fuel to reach your goals. You’ll get full access to the on-demand library plus monthly nutrition coaching and access to customized meal plans. Learn how to approach nutrition in a positive way that creates habits that support your goals, health, and build sustainable change.

Includes:

  • Everything in Level 2

  • Personalized meal plans + nutrition coaching

  • Monthly coaching calls (30 min)

  • In app support between coaching calls

Level 4: Personalized 1-on-1 Coaching

$300/month with a minimum 3-month commitment

Personalized Fitness and Nutrition Coaching
Training programs customized to your goals that meet you exactly where you’re at. Nutrition support is 100% based on your needs. That might mean working on basic habits, learning intuitive eating, tracking macros, or using custom meal plans. You’ll also get access to recipe books, planning tools, and educational guides—plus regular feedback and support through in-app messaging and coaching calls.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls
We’ll meet every other week (15–30 minutes via Zoom) for fitness and nutrition check-ins. These calls are focused on accountability, education, and motivational coaching to help you navigate challenges and build long-term habits that stick.

Ongoing Support + Resources
You’ll have unlimited in-app messaging with guaranteed replies within 24 hours (weekdays), and access to all the tools you need to succeed: habit tracking, nutrition resources, workout logs, mindset tools, and more.
