I began my own fitness and nutrition journey as a way to connect with a body that didn’t always feel like mine. Over time, the work of building my reality completely changed my life. I connected with my body by building strength and power through fitness and nutrition. Learning not only how to nourish myself and build muscle, but learning to love myself in the process.

I've been coaching professionally since 2020 and have helped hundreds of people connect with their bodies and achieve their goals. I have experience in hybrid training (CrossFit, HIIT, Endurance, Strength), hypertrophy, kettlebells, and mobility based training methods. My goal is to help other queer and trans folx harness their strength and resilience through movement. Empowering them to take control and create the version of themselves they want to be.

My Coaching Philosophy: Self-empowerment

Self-empowerment is the act of taking control of your life, making positive choices, and taking actions that are in alignment with your goals. As your coach, I will be there with you along the way to provide guidance, support, and resources to help you better understand yourself, establish your goals, create a plan of action, and follow through.
