I’m Coach Payton and I help people, much like yourself, with their health and fitness. I offer personalized results-driven and science based coaching to help people learn, grow, and achieve. I am an inclusive and education based trainer. My goal is to help you learn what works for you, your body, and your life and then put that into action.

I have been coaching others since December 2020. I have coached group training including Crossfit, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility based programming, and strength training. I have also worked one on one with weight-loss clients, clients returning from or working through injuries, as well as general fitness clients looking to improve or enhance their previous routines. My clients are unique because we all are and the approach I take as a coach aims to meet each client exactly where they are.

Training Options

  • 4-Session Pack (virtual or in person)

    Work one-on-one with Coach Payton with workouts designed specifically with you in mind. Session time and details must be confirmed and scheduled with Coach Payton. All 4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks of the first session. Any additional sessions within this 4 weeks are offered at a discounted rate.

    Personalized coaching to help you reach your goals. Includes habit coaching, personalized fitness and nutrition programming, and 1 hour coaching session per week. Please use the apply now link to submit an application.

    4 Week Training Plan

    4-weeks of workouts tailored to reach your goals. 1 - 30 minute coaching call per week. Plans designed to meet your needs whether working out from home or in a gym, all workouts will be programmed for your unique needs. Does not include nutrition coaching.
